To sons: Mathias, William, Stephen and Joseph HUDGE (HEDGES), wearing
apparel equally.
To daus: Ann, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Susannah and Mary HEDGE, all of personal
estate to be sold when son Mathias arrives at 21 yrs. of age and money equally divided among said daughter when they are 16 yrs. of age except daughter Rebecca who is to get L10 more than her share, if any die their share equally among the surviving daughters.
Land I now live on Hedge Hog to be sold when eldest son Mathias arrives at
age and money to be equally divided among my children, Mathias, William,
Stephen and Joseph, except son Mathias who is to have L50 more than his share. If son Mathias wishes to buy his brothers parts he can do so when they come of age. If any die before arriving at age their parts to be equally divided among the surviving sons.
Sons, William, Stephen, Joseph be bound out at trades when 16yrs of age.
Wife: Mary, Excx, keep in her hands all of my estate both real and personal until son Mathias reaches the age of 21 years. Grain, clothes in house to be used for support of my family.
