                   Marriage Certificate says 'Lou Ann Nelson' was 26 in the year 1876.  That would make her birth year 1849. Her death certificate as Lucy Creasy says her birth was 2 Feb 1842,but the informant was Wm. Dickerson (who is he?).
It also says that she was an inmate of county farm.
