Notes:
This family settled on 50 acres of land given to them by Isabel's father. This was about a 1/4 mile due E. of his home. The house was still standing in 1967.
They lived there about 20 years, then moved to GA where they settled near PowderSprings. Joseph died in Powder Springs, and Isabel remained there until 1863, when she returned to NC 1during the Civil War, to live near her father.
Her children were born between 1829 - 1837.
After the Civil War, her children and grandchildren returned to Powder Springs, GA.
