On the joint grave stone in Abbottstown are found thenames of Nina M., Mary G, Richard L., and Robert A. Mummert. Since Nina M. is adaughter I assume the other individuals are children too.

1 Jul 1898 - she had an unclaimed letter in the New Oxford Post office. 1 Jan 1901 - Marriage announcement. Jan 1, in this place, by Rev. F. Hesse; John W, Mummert, of New Chester, and Miss Maud Heilman, of Midway. 1910 she had 4 children all of whom were living in 1910. 1920 living in Berwick township. Maud was admitted as a medical patient. She was from Dover R. 3. Mrs. John Mummert Mrs. Maud Mummert, wife of John W. Mummert, of Dover R.D. 3, died Sunday morningat the York hospital after a lingering illness due to a complication of diseases. She was aged 54 years. She is survived by her husband, and the following children; William Mummert, West York, Vernon Mummert, Manchester R.D. 1; Howard Mummert, Tennessee; Mrs. Effie Rupert, Dover R D 4; Lawrence Mummert, Lewisberry; five grandchildren, her step-mother, Mrs. Laura Heilman, York; a sister, Mrs. Anna Wolf, York, one brother, Henry Heilman, Hanover R D; one step brother, Vernon Heilman, York. Funeral services were held at the funeral home of A.F. Koller. Harry Senft had another obituary in the Gazette and Daily - dated 24 Oct 1932. Tombstone says: Age at death 54-1-22.

He was married to it looks like Lila (26 years) - they had been married about 6 years. They had a son, very hard to read. Spurgeon??? 4years 1932 - lived in Manchester (RD 1), PA. Lived on Manchester Rd, York when he died. Harry Senft writes: This individual is the combination of an unconnected Mummertwith his descent and a connected Mummert who had parents but no descent. I have no other Vernon Mummert in this record and feel that this is a correct connection.
1920 census - he was with his parents in Berwick. I think that this is a W. Harry Senft had N. and I put that in the record. 1932 - lived in Tennessee. Someone's SS# is 414-01-6028. Issued in TN. I don't know if this was Howard or Belle's.
