Mrs. Maud Mummert, wife of John W. Mummert, of Dover R.D. 3, died Sunday morningat the York hospital after a lingering illness due to a complication of diseases. She was aged 54 years. She is survived by her husband, and the following children; William Mummert, West York, Vernon Mummert, Manchester R.D. 1; Howard Mummert, Tennessee; Mrs. Effie Rupert, Dover R D 4; Lawrence Mummert, Lewisberry; five grandchildren, her step-mother, Mrs. Laura Heilman, York; a sister, Mrs. Anna Wolf, York, one brother, Henry Heilman, Hanover R D; one step brother, Vernon Heilman, York. Funeral services were held at the funeral home of A.F. Koller.
