I had a baptism date of 1 Nov 1830, but I took the Church archives record. I also have a death date of the 2nd and 10th of Oct 1842. I took the Church archives date. He was a physician. He was called by revelation to be a High Councilor to JosephSmith. Baptized in Kirtland. Had a patriarchial blessing from Joseph Smith Sr. Piloted the steam boat up the St. Lawrence River in the War of 1812. He was the pilot, an officer. He served under Commodore Perry, and had been with him at the battle of the Thames when Tecumseh was killed. Said "I'll have a raisor strap, and skinned a strip off of Temuseh back". Was a fifth cousin of the prophet Joseph Smith, through Mary Fuller's brother John. Participated in these organizations: - Zion's Camp - Received Patriarchal Blessings - Missionary and Monster Licensees - Kirtland Safety Society - School of the Prophets Attended these events: - Conference at Orange - Temple (Kirtland) Dedication - Temple (Kirtland) Construction - Conferences in Hiram
I also have a baptism date of Oct 1830. Baptized in Kirtland. Was faithful untilshe died. She met Frederick on a trip to MI to visit her sister. He was the ship's pilot. The family moved to the Niagara frontier, where she reportedly could hear the great falls. Came to Salt Lake in 1849. Left Winter Quarters on Jul 4, 1849, in Ezra T. Benson's company, and arrived in the valley in Oct. Attended the Kirtland Temple Dedication.

I also have a birthdate of 17 Nov 1821. I took Mary Elizabeth Williams date. She and the child died when the child was about 3 months old.
Baptized by the prophet Joseph Smith at Kirtland Ohio. Endowed at Nauvoo. He was a Physician in the Utah Militia, appointed by Gov. Brigham Young in 1850.He was appointed as Surgeon under william H. Kimball in the Echo Canyon War. As a physician he had a large practice and was highly respected. Married 2x. Lived in SLC 1849-60, Smithfield 60-63, N Ogden 63-83, Ogden 1893-1922. He was set apart for the White Mountain Mission on 28 Apr 1855, by Orson Hyde inSalt Lake City.
He married Rebecca Swain 25 Dec 1815 at Wyandotte, Wayne, Michigan . Rebecca Swain was born at Loyalsock, Lycoming, Pennsylvania 8 Aug 1798 daughter of Isaac Swain and Elizabeth Hall .
