                   I am 90% certain that this is the Hezekiah whose parents are (John) Henry Graff and Francis Doll.
1860 census - he is in Mount Vernon, with Maria C. Graff, Smith Graff, Eviline, and Frank. He was a blacksmith.
1870 census. He was married to a Lizzie, aged 27, born in OH.
His children were Smith W. a male aged 15, Francis E, a female, aged 12, Frank L. a male, aged 10.
He was a carriage manufacturer.
He lived in the 2nd ward of Mount Vernon.
1874 - gets married to Cordelia.
1875 he was on the Board of Education - History of Knox county, Ohio, its past and present pg 372.

Feb 17, 1887 - "Mr. Sullivan presented the petition of Hezekiah Graff and 135 voters and 26 women, citizens of Knox County, praying for the enactment  of a law requiring scientific temperance intruction in the common schools.

1880 census: wife was Delia, aged 33, born in OH. He had Frank L. aged 20 livingwith him. He also had Minnie, aged 5 and May D, aged 4 living with him. They were all born in OH.

There was an Augusta Graff,  whose father was Hezekiah Graff, born in OH on 28 Nov 1842.

Hezekiah and Jonathan Graff were blacksmiths in Mt. Vernon. He was a carriage maker at his death.

A David Sanderson, carriage manufacturer, engaged with Hezekiah Graff for one year. He worked as a carriage trimmer

Knights of Honor. Knox LodgeNo. 31, K of H., of Mt. Vernon, was organized October 1, 1874. Its first officers were: Hezekiah Graff, dictator.

1879 - The Ohio Mutual Aid Association - Hezekiah was one of the blacksmiths.

                   The middle name Jane was noted on Minnie's birth record.
May have been known as Elizabeth, as I have found this on a census and also a birth record, when I know that he was married to Delia.

Her parents were born in OH, and (mother) Maryland.
She was a widow in 1900.
She had 3 children, 2 of whom were living in 1900. That was Minnie R?, and H. Vernon.
1860 with parents in Miller, Knox, Ohio.
1870 - with parents in Miller, Knox, OH.
1910 living in Canton, Stark, OH in 1910.
1920 - living with Vernon and his wife.
1930 was living with Minnie and her husband.  Also with H. Vernon

Cemetery records state that the last residence was : Croton, OH
Ohio Deaths has her as Delia V. Graff, died on 5 Apr 1932, in Licking County.

Her obit states that she died at Minnie's home south of Croton.

Widow dies of Pneumonia
Croten, Apr 6 - Mrs. Delia Vernon Graff, 84, widow of Hezekiah Graff, died Tues night in the home of her daughter, Mrs. William D. Benner, south of Croton. She had been ill the past  month and death resulted from pneumonia.
Besides her daughter, she leaves a son, H. Vernon Graff, of Ambridge, PA; a stepson, Rev. Franklin L. Graff, of San Mateo, CA., and a grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Fri afternoon. Burial will be made in Mound View Cemetery, Mt. Vernon. Funeral director, Paul S. Emerson.

Newark Advocate 17 Nov 1932 -
The body of H. Vernon Graff who shot and killed himself at Ambridge, PA., was brought to Mt. Vernon, where it was interred in Mound View cemetery. He is survived by his widow, a son, and a sister. His suicide was attributed to a nervous breakdown following four weeks illness from the grippe. He was a former resident ofMt. Vernon.
