Mrs. W.H. Clapp died Dunday evening, Mar 29 @ 6:10 o'clock, at a hospital in Worcester, MA, after an illness of several months from blood poisoning, aged 45 years. Mrs. Clapp, whi was Miss Belle Hafer, was the only daughter of the late W.W. Hafer, of Abbottstown and was married three years ago to W.H. Clapp, Esq., of New York City, whi survives her, together with her step-mother, Mrs. W.W. Hafer, two brother,   F.K. Hafer, of Abbottstown, and William, of St. Louis, Mo; tow half brother, Lavere and Lewis Hafer, of Abbottstown.
The death of Mrs. Clapp is the fourth in the Hafer family in a little ove a month;s time. Feb 22nd, Mrs. F.K. Hafer and child met death from suffocation and burns, caused by the accidental overturning of a coal oil lamp. W.W. Hafer, the father, died suddenly from heart disease Feb 27th and sundung evening, Mrs. Clapp, the only daughter, passed away
The funeral will be held this Thurs, Apr 2, at 10:30 am from the family home in Abbottstown. Interment in the family lot of the Lutheran Cemetery,
