Apr 12 - Mrs. Euphemia Heilman Jones, 71, wife of Dr. Henry O. Jones, retired Altoona, PA., surgeon, died today at their home. Mrs. Jones had suffered a stroke at 2 PM, but her condition was not believed to be serious.
Dr. Jones, who himself recently recovered from a prolonged illness was preparing to visit his own physician when Mrs. Jones suffered her fatal attack.

Mrs. Lenetta Cooper Edgerton, , 89, of 1321 E. Hyde Park Blvd., died Tuesday in her home. She is the wife of William F. Edgerton, professor emeritus of Egyptology of the Oriental Institute of Chicago. She retired as an employee of the Main Street Book store, 642 in N. Michigan Ave., in 1960. Services for her are being delayed because of her husband's illness. Surviving, besides her husband, is a newphew, Dr. Henry Jones.
