"This eldest son of Thomas E. Justice, Jr., was born 1798/1802; d. 1870.He married Sarah Summers, who was born 1806/7 in South Carolina. ThomasE. sixth generation in line of descent from the first William, was aBaptist Minister who shows on the Henderson County census for 1840through 1870. This most assuredly qualifies his family to claim theirplace on the "old pioneer stock" roll, in this area."
