                   Francis Greenwell was born aboard a steamer near
White Cloud, Missouri. Info from "Tullidge's History" says that the name of the
steamboat was Asa Wilges, Asa Hopkins, Captain (see story of Ambrose Greenwell
Sr.)
Francis Greenwell was married to 3 women - (1) Mary Harrison, 9 Jan 1879-SL.

(2) Margaret Alice Love, 17 Jun 1880,  Salt Lake City - (3) Charlotte Erena
O'Brien, 30 Aug 1883, in the Endowment House, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Francis worked at the Logan Temple at the same time as Mother Eliza Greenwell
and Charles Henry Greenwell.
Francis was called on a mission for the church in 1883.  While on this mission
he was in a cart accident in Scotland.  He had a compound facture and some
elbow bone had to be taken out.  He came home from his mission in Nov 1885.  He
did not like farm work and became a butcher.  Lived in Watts CA 1929-1939.
