                   Family Records indicate Benjamin and Nancy were born in South Carolina.  IGI
records indicate that Benjamin and Nancy were born in Saint Clair, Alabama.
Elisha Cockerham Bible records indicate that about 1800 the family moved to the
Pendleton Dist. of South Carolina, and about 1818 the family began a
movement through Alabama and ending in Madison Co., Miss. where both
Elisha and his wife Mary died.

Family was listed in the 1820 Census, Saint Clair Co., Alabama.

children.  Elisha Franklin Jolley never married - died 1929
