                   LOUISE THIESSEN, "KENWORTHYS MARRY", PG 191; On may 29, 1740, James moved from
Southampton to Lower Dublin Twsp, PA.  On 3 FEB 1750, he was received as a
member of the Lower Dublin Pennypack Church; baptized 18 DEC 1749. On 3 FEB
1753, John and Esther Wells deeded to James Dungan, 167 acres with an old stone
stone house.  The house was still standing in 1916.  The property went to his
son Benjamin and then to his sons.  James was the largest taxpayer in the twso
in 1780.  His will was dated 4 FEB 1782 and prob. 26 FEB 1782 in Philadelphia.

I got an error message that husband was over 60 at time of marriage; date of
marriage was "after 1779" (death of 1st wife)
