    John Nelson, In the name of God Amen I John Nelson of the County of Ohio and
    Commonwealth of VA being infirm of body but of sound mind and memory, and
    calling to mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for
    all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and testament
    revoking all others heretofaore made by me, that is to say, I give and
    bequeath to my beloved wife MARGARET NELSON the whole of my personal estate
    after my decease (except as is hereafter specified) to her and her Heirs
    forever, I also give and bequeath to my wife MARGARET NELSON one third of my
    plantation including my dwelling house during her natural life, I hae
    heretofore given my sons ROBERT NELSON and JOSEPH NELSON their proportion of
    my estate.  I bequeath to my son THOMAS NELSON the South east quarter of
    section 4 of twsp 10 in range 7 in the State of Ohio to him the said THOMAS
    and his heirs forever.  I give and bequeath to my son BENJAMIN NELSON 200
    dollars out of the personal estate in one year after my decease.  I give and
    bequeath the residue of my home place after my wife had had her 1/3 laid off
    to her, to my daughters ISABELLA, MARGARET and MARY NELSON and my son JAMES
    NELSON and their Heirs forever to be equally divided among them, and after
    the decease of my wife, MARGARET NELSON the 1/3 part which I leave to my wife
    at her decease is to be equally divided between the Said ISABELLA, MARGARET,
    MARY and JAMES and their Heirs forever., and lastly I constitute and appoint
    my 2 sons JOSEPH NELSON and THOMAS NELSON executors of this my last will and
    testament, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th
    day of April in the year of our Lord 1821. John Nelson, seal;  Witnesses,
    Absalom Ridgely, Wiliam Bukey.  John Bukey, I do certify that the foregoing
    is a true copy of the last will and testament of John Nelson deceased which
    was proven in Court at August Term 1822 by the Oaths of William Bukey and
    John Bukey subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. (This was
    copied from a typed copy of the will prepared in the 1930's by the CCC as a
    depression Recovery program.)
