Cummins on 11 NOV 1813, and died after her father (before 1822), leaving a son,
Thomas. On 9 MAR 1824, a special guardian, John McConnell, was appointed for
the purpose of attending to the estate of Thomas Cummins; 3 years later he was
discharged on peition. (James had died soon after his son's birth) on 21 NOV
1825, Charles V. Cummins, as guardian of Thomas petitioned the court for the
payment, due Eleanor from her father's estate, be paid to her son. Charles
Cummins, married Catherine Patton, d/o Samuel Patton and Elizabeth McKinnie;
she was a grandaughter of Josiah and Isabella McKinnie. [hj]
