I Charles Stewart of Hubbard Twp, Trumbull County and State of Ohio, being of sound mind and memory do publish this my last will and testament as follows, viz: Item 1st I will that all my past debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. 2nd I will to my beloved wife Elizabeth my personal property and the farm on which I now live, during her natural life by her paying the taxes thereon from year to uear. 3rd I will to my daughter Minerva Summerville one equal share of my estate after the decease of my wife. 4th I will to my son, John M. Stewart one equal share of my estate after the decease of my wife by deducting therefrom $190 which amount I gave him by way of advance. 5th I will to my daughter Sarah wife of John Boon one equal share of my estate after the death of my wife after deducting therefrom $50 being the price of one horse given her by way of advancement. 6th I will to my daughter Angeline wife of Doctor Quimby one equal part of my estate after the decease of my wife. 7th I will to my daughter Mary Stewart one equal share with the additional sum of $100 added thereto, for divers good causes and labor done in my family, at the decease of my wife. 8th I will to my daughter Hannah Elizabeth wife of Samuel Denison one equal part of my estate after the decease of my wife. 9th I will to my daughter Margaret Jane one equal part of my estate after the decease of my wife. 10th I will to my son William J. Stewart one equal share of my estate after the decease of my wife. 12th I will to my son James Stewart one equal share of my estate after my estate after the death of my wife. 13th I furthermore appoint and duly constitute my wife Elizabeth and my son John M. Stewart my lawful Esecutors of this my last will and testament revoking all other will by me made. Signed and sealed at my request in Hubbard, November 23rd 1854.
