16 JUL 1814, Charles Robinson of Fleming Co., appointed Wm. T. Tibbs attorney
    to receive from persona appointed to pay the mounted Riflemen who volunteered
    under requisition of General Harrison in 1812. And "Whereas I was volunteer
    under Captain George Stockton and served 37 days as Corpral my attorney is
    authorized to receive my pay."
