Funeral Services for Mrs. Hargadine Are Held January 15
       Mrs. Forrest Hargadine of Dunlap passed away at 5:30 Sunday morning January 13, in the Methodist hospital in Peoria.  Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 15, at 2 p.m. in the Schreiner mortuary in Dunlap.
       Services were conducted by Rev. Paul Jassimides of the Dunlap Presbyterian church.  Soloist was Mary Lou Tolley, accompanied on the organ by Ginger Brattain.
       Pallbearers were John Morris, Chester Pullen, Russell Graze, Russell Bucher, Ralph Shaw, and Harry Brown.  Interment was in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens.
       Aletha Maude Oldfield Hargadine was born March  6, 1912 to Harland and Mae Roach Oldfield in Farmington, Fulton Co., Ill.
       She received her education in the Farmington vicinity schools and attended Trivoli High School.
       She was married to Forrest Hargadine in Peoria March 24, 1932.  To this union one daughter was born, Shirley Kay.  She was a devoted wife and mother.
       She spent her last 25 years in Dunlap.
       Surviving besides her husband and daughter are a brother, Charles Oldfield of Farmington; a sister, Mrs. Vera Harkness of Elmwood and a number of nieces and nephews.  Her parents preceded her in death.
