Both William and his father George PEEK were Revoluntionary War veterans, William's DAR Lookup Reference Code is RY5GBK. He was a Sgt in the Quartermaster Corps. Geroge PEEK, bn VA abt 1720. DAR # is 277,808. Elizabeth SHOCKLEY was bn.bef. 1750 and died in Hayes Run after 1840 when she was in her 90's. Her parents were James SHOCKLEY and Margaret_______.
