Graduate Utah State Agricultural College.  Athletic coach, North Cache High School.  Farmer, businessman, former Richmond City Councilman, Mayor.  Member Richmond Lions Club; Ogden Elks Lodge.  Survivors: sons, Ross H., Richmond; Ottis M., Salt Lake City; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. W. H. (Effa) Hendricks, Mrs. C. H. (LaVerne) Buckmiller, both Salt Lake City.  Funeral Saturday 1 p.m., Benson Stake center, Richmond, where friends call Friday 7-9 p.m., Saturday prior to services.  Burial Richmond City Cemetery.  Family suggests contributions to the National Society for the Presvention of Blindness, in care of C. S. Hall, Richmond.
