This is my "Grandpa Bert", my grandmother's second husband My memory of Grandpa Bert is of him sitting in his leather chair with newspapers spread out all around under the chair so he could spit, his house slippers, and the way he would shuffle as he walked. I had no real relationship with him. He died when I was about 8 years old.
