   OCCUPATION: Rufus went to school in Parrsboro, N.S. and spent one year at
               Mt. Allison University at Sackville N.B.; Overseas 1942-1946
               Worked with Lumber Export Co. in Parrsboro 1946-1950.
               Went west in 1950 and settled in Edmonton.  Began work for Federal
               Government.  Met Joan in 1951. Now (1965) at D.V.A. as personal
               Manager.
