Appointed by the governor and council to a court of record, held for 36 years
the last 14 of which he was Chief Justice, resigned at age 85.

ANCESTOR: Edward Fulham, who was surveyor of Westminster Abbey.

BIRTH PLACE: There is a place by the name of Fulham just west of London on an
early map of the area west of London in the Jenks Family Genealogy File per
George E. Smalley. It is just north of the River Thames and in the southwest
corner of the Hammersmith Chapelry.
