                   Reuben , Jr. and his family appear to have started the migration of Reuben , Sr., family from Granville and Person Counties. After a stay in Orange county, NC, Rueben Jr. is found inthe 1830 census of Surry County(which is now Yadkin County)--a county bordering Yadkin and Wilkes Counties. No further record of Reuben and Mary have been located and it is not known where they are buried. It is possible that they are buried on the Little Brushy Mountains in the graveyard of his son Reuben III and his family.Reuben Jr.'s son James married Margaret Arnold and in the census records of Surry County, Nc they have 2 daughters listed as young children.
