Note: I can find no reference to Wimersley in Lancashire.  There is aWymersley hundred (just south of the the city of Northampton) inNorthamptonshire.  However, there was a Radcliffe family of Winmarleigh(which is in Lancashire) which married into the Boteler family ofRawcliffe & the Lawrence family of Ashton Hall; Winmarleigh must be theplace referred to above.
