Jacob MOHLER

Deed in York Co Court House, deed bk 3-A-528, Nicholas Tschudy, late of
Hanover, York Co willed part of his estate to a Jacob Mohler, to be paid
after the death of the widow.  Will dated 18 Feb 1809.  This deed was
very hard to read, poor microfische, but seemed to be that Jacob, for a
consideration not specified transferred the rights to the house and
property in Baltimore, MD to Daniel Barnitz, Jr. and John Stauter.  This
paper, about property in Baltimore,  was witnessed in Adams Co and filed
in York Co.   York Hist Soc, in a book 1783-1850 Marriage Index listed a
Daniel Barnitz, Jr married Maria Mohler, both of Hanover, 27 June 1811.
Also therein was a marriage of Daniel Barnitz, Jr to Susan Forney on 30
March 1824.  Perhaps Maria had died?  Where does this family fit?  Also
therein was an Eliza S Mohler, wed Michael Maslin, 13 Sept 1810.  These
were the only Mohler marriages in that book.
