Melvin Coder of Muscatine Iowa, one daughter Mrs. Amos ofMuscatine, one sister Mrs. Belle Rittenhouse of Muscatine, 10g/children.  Preceding her in death were her parents, a son, and daughterin infancy and 3 brothers.  Burial was in Jeans cemetery near CranstonIowa.                    There is a Stone Memorial at Oak Grove Church just inside the gate of OakGrove Cemetery.  It reads:
1896 Oak Grove Church 1963.  A church built by the pioneers across theroad in the wilderness, to
worship God and allay the fears,  Ask his blessing and sins confess.They passed the torch from hand to hand, from generation to generation,then here await the promised land and lifes eternal graduation. He was a Navy Veteran of World War 11.  He had been a feed salesman withMoorman Mfg. Company.  Survivors include his wife, three daughters Mrs.Lloyd (Freda) Howe, Mrs. Merle (Marie) Gronewold, Tipton, and Mrs.Kenneth (Doris) Conover of Wilton Iowa, seven g/children and one greatg/child.
