William Miller, was born June 16, 1896, at Norcatur, Ks. He was the sonof George & Rebecca Cramer Miller.

Bill served in World War 1, with the First U. S. Cavalry. In 1919, hemoved to LaSalle, Colorado where he worked for the Union PacificRailroad.  He later worked 20 years as a Humane officer for the City OfGreeley Colorado.

He was married to Florence Biggs.  They had six Children:
