                       Peter died in Warren county, Missouri about March 1860.  His estat e was
administered as recorded in Probate Volume C.  His brother-in-law, Pe ter
Harman, was appointed administrator of Peter H. McClure's estate.  Pe ter was
not married at the time of his death.  His estate was distributed i n August
1861 as follows:  $50 each to (1) Alfred McClure, (2) Fielding Blac k for his
wife "Lousitte", (3) Peter Harman for his wife, Margaret, (4) James S helton for
his children (his wife, Sarah, was deceased), (5) John McClure, and ( 6) William
McClure.
