DIVORCE:
Harvey and Leonora seperated, because Henry did not like Leonora raising Thirza Rose Murdock's children after she died during childbirth.  They remained separated the rest of thier lives, but they never received a temple divorce.
SECOND MARRIAGE:
When Harvey and Emma came back to Utah after living in Idaho, their two older children were put in foster families.  Emma, the oldest,  went to live with family in Grantsville.  Levi, one of the twins, lived with Bishop Martin for a while helping to farm sugar beets.  When he was 13 he went to work in the Lovelock, Nevada Mines.  Levi later served in the Navy.
PLURAL MARRIAGE: 
Due to the government problem with plural marriage, Harvey, along with others, served two years in the state penetentiary.  After getting his freedom, he moved with his new wife to Star Valley, Idaho, and then returned to his first family in about five years.  The two wives were fond of each other and remained so to the end.  The children were also close to each other.
