                   NOTE:  Will written in March 1821 and proved in November 1821 lieft his wife Jane Board "the land and plantation whereon I now live including land on North Side beginning at John McCabe's line on Board's Road, etc. with as much of my stock of every kind, household and kitchen furniture and plantation untensils as she may think proper to keep during her natural life at her death to be divided amongst my six children hereinafter named Nancy Meador, former Nancy Board, Jemima Squires, former Jemima Board, Easther Dent former Easter Board, Francis Board,  John Board, Peggy Kasey, former Peggy Board and I give and bequeath to Henderson, Christopher Burrell, and I give and bequeath to Henderson, Christopher, Burrell, Hanna, Frazier, Betsy Pensey and Pelina Horsley, sons and daughters of Polly Horsley benefit of the sale of my Stony Fork Plantation of 103 acres together with 50 pounds cash from teh sale of my Personal property."
