                   NOTES: January 2007 - Online in the Utah Death Certificate index it has her death 11 Jun 1910, I had 9 May 1909, also her
birth as 22 Feb 1877, I had 22 Feb 1869. I changed the death date but not the birth date.
It said she was 33 years 3 months and 19 days old at the time of her death. She died in the
ambulance on the way to St. Marks hospital of Pernicious Anemia.
