                       Sealing to Lynette Marie Mauzy cancelled in 1971 by Lynette after
    his death and
    after she married Larry Stanley.  Their sons Lance Wayne, Trace
    Lane, and Shawn
    Darren were legally adopted by Larry Stanley and use his last name.

    with a tumor
    on the pituitary gland which didn't show up until she was nine years
    old.  Her
    eye started drooping.  She had three operations on her head to try

    out.  She went into a coma and died shortly after the third operation.
