    1. On 12 July 1791, William COFER sold two tracts of land in Charles County, Maryland to Thomas Reeves of Charles County. The tracts were called "Betsey's Delight" and "Mistake".
    2. William was listed as living next to the tract of land called "Mistake" in a deed dated 23 July 1778.
    3. William bought land in Charles County, Maryland from Richard Morland and paid 58 pounds for it on 15 August 1770.
