Information from Maggie Robb in 1973: "How she got her name was interesting. The Anna was after the midwife who delivered her. Louise Anderson was the name of a school teacher friend and Sloan was her mother's maiden name. She went to South Africa when she was twelve years of age with Aunt Mary Carlisle. She later married a mand by the name of Cecil Vade in South Africa. They followed the diamond mines. They had no children. The family think she could still be alive. The last known place she lives was Bouxburg near Johannesburg." Went to South Africa about 1908.
