Aaron WILCOX
NOTES: 1. William Wilcox , came with his father in 1809 to New York. He purchased a part of lot 48, on the North line of the town. He felled the first tree on his land, which he improved and occupied for 57 years. Elected in 1830, the first year after formation of town, as it's supervisor, held office until 1836 - re-elected for 16 years. 2. Major in Militia - member of New York Assembley 1837. 3. Was living with his son Walter R. Wilcox at the time of his death.
