                   T. J. Pinkard [sic Pinckard], former citizen of Winnfield, died at the home of a son, L. S.Pinkard [sic Pinckard] near Colfax Monday of this week. Mr. Pinkard [sic Pinckard] was 81 years old and is survived by two sons, L. S. Pinkard [sic Pinckard], Colfax, and J. L. Pinkard [sic Pinckard], Shreveport, La.; three daughters, Ms. Ralph Johnson, Mrs. Flora Davison, Montgomery, La.; Mrs. J. P. Mays, Hinton, La.Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Mount Zion Baptist Church near Montgomery, where interment was made in the cemetery.Published in The Winnfield News-American, June 14, 1935
