    Death date is listed as 5 DEC 1677.  How could he have died 6 years
    before his son Samuel was born? MCR

    has no death date, and the marriage date is 5 DEC 1677 (I find this much
    more plausible) MCR  Data said to have been obtained from Pierce Family
    by F.C. Pierce p. 44, B12D22 p 163.  A note says LDS ordinances are in the
    archives and the work is all done.
