                       Marriage Note:"According to the story told by Mary Snyder Murdock, a wagon
    train was passing through headed for Canada. This was while the family was at
    Winter Quarters. Catherine was invited to go along with the wagon train to
    visit her parents.  At this point she was so terribly homesick and discouraged
    that Chester told her to go and he would take care of the two little girls.
    Time passed and no word came from Catherine. Chester had no assurance that she
    would ever return due to the fact that there would be plenty for her at home
    with her folks.  In time Catherine did return to her family, but finding
    Chester with another wife was more than she could take.  She was unable to
    live in polygamy at that time and so divorced Chester.  However, there is a
    record of a daughter, Hannah Marie born in 1849 at Ferryville, IA and dying
    in 1843 in Salt Lake City."
    "Catherine did not stick with her aversion to polygamy.  She became the 5th
    wife of Solomon Wixon, married 19 June 1853.  Her sister, Hannah, was
    Solomon's 4th wife.  She eventually divorced Solomon and later became the
    wife of Tobias Dallin, they were married in 1854/1857.  They were the parents
