                   NOTES:
    The history said wife,Elizabeth,died at age 96. If so, she would had died in Iowa because the George Lewis family went to Iowa from Missouri in the Civil War time period. Dates are standard calculations from George Lewis Roberts' 1817 birth year. However, Elizabeth could have been younger than Harvey if she wer at 16 when she married about 1804 she would have died about 1885. This history seems to read that Elizabeth died before they went to Iowa.

                   NOTES:
    This history states that Elizabeth died at age 96 at the home of
    George Lewis Robertson, her son. George Lewis took his family from
    Missouri to Iowa during the Civil War to be safe from the Confederate
    armies. (George was apparently sympathetic to the Union.)
    Discrepancies surface here, as the history seems to indicate that
    Elizabeth died before they went to Iowa. Her death date and surname
    are unknown as of 12/99.

    The above mentioned historical article states that George Lewis went back to Tennessee after the death of his father, and took his mother to live with him in Missouri. During the Civil War George Lewis moved his family, including his mother, to Dallas Co., Iowa.
