Obituary: Anna Sophia Zinn. Born August 1, 1706. Parents, Henrich Schneider and M. Elizabetha from Plohnheim in der Pfalz. Married Johan Zinn, now a widower, in 1726 from Kederon in der Pfalz. In 1738, the two came to America and lived in the area for 32 years. They had 4 children: 2 sons and 2 daughters, all of whom lived and are married. These had 19 children of which still 16 are living. She was sick for a year and died on Sept. 21, 1770, around 8:00 in the morning. She was 64years, 1 month and twenty days old, and she was buried here in our churchyard in Dover. (Funeral text 73-25-26)
