RESEARCH NOTE: Thomas Browne is the proposed father not proven of John Brown RESEARCH NOTE: 1. Came from London in 1635 on the ship Elizabeth and first settled in Plymouth. Was in Traunton by 1643, and Rehoboth by 1647. 2. John was an assistant Governor of Massachusetts and a ship builder in Plymouth, England.
