Torfi SIGFUSSON

NOTES:
    There seems to be a question as to whether the above husband was Torfi Sigfusson or Torfi Vigfusson; however, Hannes Thorsteinsson in his notes in "Sherrifs" favors Sigfusson. There is no disagreement in lineage only the ancestral father's name "Sigfus" or "Vigfus." The confusion exists because the nickname "Fusi" seems to be the name he used or was referred to during his life.
