                   On the 1910 Census of Fremont County, Idaho, Rudy Precinct his place of birth was listed as Utah. 1920 Census, Fremont County,Idaho,Clark Precinct, his place of birth was also listed as Utah.
Official death certificate lists his birthplace as Raft River, Idaho.  It seems strange that all his siblings were born in Cache Valley, Utah, before and after his birth.  The information that I obtained from my Grandmother, Margaret Heyrend, in or about 1967 when we were doing our original 4 generation sheets to be submitted to the LDS Church, was that he was born in Raft River.
