                       Uncle Herb worked for an insurance co. out of St. Paul in some sort of
    territorial overseer,he wore a little "goat-tee", which at the time was unusal
    and when I asked why so, his reply was, "I don't have to carry a rasor when I
    travel on short notice,folks don't notice that I have't shaved, they see the
    little goat-tee".

    rec'ds of John E. Duffey, nephew, & updated 10 mar 1992, Polly never told her children that she was married before Herby. Polly was teaching school at the Black School, ruarl Muscoda WI and boarded at the Otto Bock farm. Otto's daut. remembers that Elmyra (Polly) and Jim lived in one room at the Bock farm house. She married Jim in the middle teens (1914/1918).

    I, Julius E Drone, meet Aunt" Polly" the first time in her home when Uncle Paul
    Drone took me over one evening, we played cards together. She lived at 1463
    Grantham St. St. Paul, 8 Mn. She is the youngest half sister of my g-father,
    Thomas Jefferson Drone.
