                       Note: this couple may have had other children born to them before 1757
    which is the year the par reg for Villerslev starts. A very careful search
    was carried out in that par reg in order to try and locate any deaths
    (burs) and marriages of any such children where they could have been
    recorded as being the children of Christen Andersen Toftdal, but no other
    references to any members of this family could be found. Unfortunately,
    it was not possible to locate a probate after either the husband nor the
    wife on this sheet which would also have given the names of all living
    children at the time of the death of the parent.
