Isaac listed in records of Holy Trinity (Old Swedes) Church of Wilmington, Delaware in list of children baptized. His is listed as illegitimate son of William Justis and Elizabeth Witten. Neither were present for baptism. Apparently taken care of by Jesper and Annika Walraven.

William and Elizabeht Base were married 7 months after baptism of Isaac, (January 27,1729). William apparently never owned property in New Castle County.
