                          Hjarande Hvite was a Berklene Cheiftain, a nobleman from
     Western Norway living in 1165.  Historians have written that he    wasdescended from King Harold I "Fairhair" and Gyda Eriksdottir,    Aalov,who married Tor Jarl "Earl" Teiande, son of Ragnald           Morejarl.
       The generations between Aalov and Hjarande have not been
     completely documented
