    The history of his descendants as described in Jones, R.A. (1977) Ulster Pedigrees.  Descendants, in many lines, of James Orr and Janet McClement, who emigrated from Scotland to Northern Ireland about 1607. (Ray A. Jones, San Francisco). James Orr emigrated with the earliest settlers who came to this area with Sir Hugh Montgomery.  He and his wife came to Ireland in about 1607/1608.  His descendants were traced by Gawin Orr.
