      GERALD H. PEVETO Gerald H. Peveto, 10, of 2101 Gundry Avenue, died yesterday  afternoon at a local hospital after a short illness. He was born in Long Beach and attended the Franklin School. He leaves the father, James Peveto, and a brot her, Normal M. Peveto, both of Long Beach, and his grandmother, Mrs. A. V. Pevet o, Bellflower. The funeral will be this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock from the chape l of J. J. Mottell, Inc. Interment will be at Beaumont, Texas.
