Cyrus TOLMAN, FARMER

                          Research has been done by several family members through the years, principally William O. Tolman and Loa Don H. Glade and clarified some discrepencies;
       There has been questions over the years as whether Cyrus Tolman (born 1820 to Nathan and Sarah Hewitt Tolman) had a middle name of Hewitt or Hewett.(also two birth dates have been noted - 15 and 6 April 1820: The following references are given:

NAME: "Cyrus" called "Scyrus" in Vital Records, Hope, Maine. Vital Records of Windsor,Maine has Cyrus' birthdate as 6 Apr 1820, but they were compiled at a later date;

Family records give Mt. Pisgah, Iowa as the place of their marriage.
